Job description:
The client was acquired by a larger organization, they are looking for two resources to support on-site at each location, they are looking for Tier 1 and tier 2 support, helping move/migrate laptops from their current domain to the new one.
Required Skills & Experience
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop support experience
- Experience with Windows laptop deployments, refreshes, or migrations
- Hands-on experience joining devices to new domains and supporting end users during cutovers
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time for approximately one week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous M&A integration or domain migration experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 device migrations
- Imaging and deployment experience (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, etc.)
