Overview
Seeking a senior AI Delivery Leader to drive the execution of enterprise AI and GenAI initiatives. This individual will bridge business and technology teams, lead cross-functional delivery efforts, and ensure AI solutions translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and GenAI programs from strategy through execution.
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Drive Agile delivery, roadmap planning, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Oversee AI solutions built within Microsoft and AWS ecosystems.
- Provide leadership across multiple workstreams while maintaining hands-on involvement in delivery and architecture discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology delivery leadership experience within Financial Services, ideally Wealth or Capital Markets.
- Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions leveraging Microsoft and AWS technologies.
- Strong Agile leadership experience beyond standard Scrum execution.
- Ability to operate strategically while also diving into detailed delivery, architecture, and execution challenges.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development platforms.
- Background leading enterprise-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Experience working closely with business product owners to define AI use cases and adoption strategies.
