Position Title: Field Services Planner
Contract: 12 month with strong potential for extension
Location: On-site x3 days/week at the Saskatoon office
Rate: 25-30/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring a Field Services Coordinator/Planner for a global multinational corporation that specializes in energy management and technology. The successful candidate will support their Saskatoon office and be responsible for scheduling the execution of Field Services operations at customer sites. This role ensures that all parts, tools, instructions and order details are made available to the Field Services execution workforce and that the closest, qualified FSR (Field Service Representative) is scheduled for the job to meet customer requirements and Schneider workforce optimization. This role interacts with end customers so the Field Services Planner must have strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will manage projects of up to $75K in budget and collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders and Field Service Reps.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years experience of experience in a related industry such as construction or manufacturing in a coordinator, field services, project coordination or office management or customer service.
- Expertise in MS Office Applications such as Excel for project organization.
- Excellent analytic skills, Self-starter, Quick learner, Good public speaking and communication skills
- Comfortability working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment - there is no defined checklist and not a transactional job - this role requires strong prioritization and organizational skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Any experience with salesforce or SAP modules would be an asset
