Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Full Stack Application Developers to join a leading North American customs brokerage company. Our customer is building out a new long-term run/support team to support a critical internal platform through the remainder of development and into production support. Developers will be hands-on in delivery work, partnering closely with developers and BAs in an agile environment. This role is primarily “hands on keyboard” with minimal direct stakeholder exposure.

This is full-time role and it is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite in Etobicoke.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full stack features/changes (front-end + back-end) within an agile team

• Participate in agile ceremonies and technical “shop talks”/alignment sessions

• Collaborate with other developers and BAs to implement requirements and resolve defects

• Contribute to stabilization and long-term run support (bug fixes, enhancements, continuous improvements)

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of C# and .NET experience (for building scalable and high-performance backend applications and APIs)

• Angular + TypeScript experience (for robust and responsive frontend development)

• Full stack capability (front-end and back-end: 50/50 split)

• Basic SQL capability (read/understand and make minor updates to simple queries)

• Experience working on team-based delivery in agile environments; comfortable context-switching

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge in thread programming and reflection is desirable.

Compensation:

$95,000-$105,000/year + bonus and benefits
