Full Stack Engineer

Type: 6 Month Contract (Extensions up to 2 years)

Location: Toronto, Ontario (4 days Remote, 1 Day On site)

Rate: $50/hr CAD - $65/hr CAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Solution Designer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications across both front-end and back-end environments. This person will act as a senior technical lead within the delivery stream, working closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure solutions are designed effectively and successfully implemented.

The role requires someone who can own the solution design, remain close to the development, troubleshoot technical challenges, and mentor developers throughout delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience designing and delivering full-stack enterprise applications.

Experience with Java and Spring Boot for back-end application and microservices design.

Experience with React and TypeScript for front-end application design.

Experience designing APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

Ability to design solutions end-to-end across front-end, back-end, APIs, and integrations.

Experience driving technical delivery from solution design through implementation.

Ability to mentor developers, review technical decisions, and help resolve technical blockers.

Experience producing solution designs and technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as the technical face of the delivery stream and work directly with stakeholders.

Experience working within large enterprise transformation or delivery programs.

Experience in a financial institution
