Original job description

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Graphic Designer to join the marketing team of a large financial services organization. This individual will support a growing volume of creative work across the organization’s retail footprint of 400+ branches, while also contributing to digital, social, paid media, email, and brand initiatives.

This is an opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys working across multiple marketing channels rather than specializing in one specific area. The successful candidate will partner closely with the marketing and design teams to create, resize, adapt, and version creative assets across different formats and channels.

The team is looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can take ownership of their work and bring ideas forward without requiring significant art direction. This person will also work alongside UX and broader marketing partners as the organization continues to evolve its brand.

This is an onsite, 12-month contract opportunity with the intention of potentially converting the successful candidate into a permanent full-time position.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of professional graphic design or marketing design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a creative eye and versatility across multiple types of design work.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working in Figma.
Experience designing for both digital and print channels.
Experience developing assets for areas such as social media, paid media, email, retail, and other marketing campaigns.
Ability to resize, adapt, and version creative assets efficiently across multiple formats.
Strong understanding of design in a broader marketing context, rather than solely standalone graphic design.
Ability to work independently and confidently make creative decisions without requiring extensive art direction.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a close-knit marketing team (need good vibes this is an all girls team looking for someone who will fit in seamlessly!)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in retail or multi-location organizations.
Experience collaborating with UX teams and developing assets for digital user experiences.
Experience working with evolving brand guidelines or supporting brand refresh initiatives.
Exposure to integrated marketing environments spanning social, retail, PR, digital, and print.

Compensation:

$25/h-$30/h

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.

This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
