JOB DESCRIPTION: $40-$47hour - 6 month contract with extensions - 3 days/week hybrid
We are looking for an Implementation / Configuration Specialist to support increased implementation volume during a busy sales period. This is a highly client-facing and technical role responsible for managing multiple implementations simultaneously, configuring existing solutions, and guiding clients through a structured end-to-end implementation process.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can independently manage client relationships, stay organized across multiple projects, and confidently work within HCM/payroll systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must-Haves
- Strong client-facing experience
- Exceptional communication skills are critical
- Experience managing multiple projects or implementations simultaneously
- Previous system configuration or implementation experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work within strict processes and implementation guidelines
- Previous HCM system configuration experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with UKG
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
- Understanding of payroll concepts, including biweekly payroll cycles and general payroll processes
