Job Description
We are looking for an Implementation / Configuration Specialist to support increased implementation volume during a busy sales period. This is a highly client-facing and technical role responsible for managing multiple implementations simultaneously, configuring existing solutions, and guiding clients through a structured end-to-end implementation process.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can independently manage client relationships, stay organized across multiple projects, and confidently work within HCM/payroll systems.

Requirements

Candidates should be organized, proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office, and able to follow strict processes; UKG, ADP Workforce Now, and payroll knowledge are advantageous.
