Pay: $28-$30/hour
Insight Global is looking for an Operations Specialist to join a dynamic operations team supporting client reporting activities and specialized shareholder services within a wealth management environment. This role will be responsible for supporting client reporting functions while also contributing to proxy event administration and class action settlement processing.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of reporting deliverables, shareholder communications, proxy voting activities, and class action events. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the production and distribution of client reporting and account statements.
- Coordinate and process proxy voting events, shareholder communications, and issuer disclosure requirements.
- Manage activities related to class action settlements, including event tracking, documentation, and processing.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting and shareholder service activities.
- Investigate operational issues, reconcile discrepancies, and support issue resolution efforts.
- Maintain strong controls and documentation to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to support ongoing operational processes and enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational risk.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in client reporting, wealth operations, investment operations, securities operations, or related financial services functions.
- Experience supporting proxy events, shareholder services, corporate actions, or class action settlements is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Knowledge of wealth management products and investment operations processes is considered an asset.
