Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years of professional experience within an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or technology consulting firm.

• 3+ years of software implementation experience, including solution configuration and hands-on technical delivery.

• Hands-on development experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Development experience with at least one modern front-end framework, specifically Angular or React.js.

• Demonstrated ability to write custom software and conduct meaningful code reviews of other developers’ work.

• Extensive customer-facing experience gathering requirements, presenting technical designs, and working directly with clients and implementation partners.

Job Description

This individual will gather customer use cases, translate requirements into solution designs, and guide customers and implementation partners on product architecture and technical best practices. They will support project scoping, solve complex implementation challenges, and contribute directly to delivery through custom development, code reviews, and advanced configuration. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication, hands-on software engineering capabilities, and flexibility to work across a shift-based delivery environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead customer discovery sessions to gather business use cases and translate them into documented product requirements and recommended solution designs.

• Educate customers and implementation partners on product architecture, functional design, implementation approaches, and technical best practices.

• Assist with the scoping, analysis, estimation, and documentation of software implementation projects.

• Design creative technical solutions for complex implementation, integration, and configuration challenges.

• Perform hands-on development using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Write custom code, review code produced by other developers, and recommend improvements for performance, maintainability, and solution fit.

• Develop and deliver technical training that enables implementation partners and internal delivery teams.

• Collaborate directly with clients, partners, developers, and project stakeholders while working within the required shift schedule.
