IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter with experience recruiting technology professionals across Canada and Latin America. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the technology talent market, experience managing full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

This role will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology-focused positions across Canada and Latin America.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical skill sets.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS and CRM systems.
• Develop market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support hiring initiatives across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT or technology-related positions.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
• Experience hiring talent for the Canadian and Latin American markets
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong preference for candidates who speak and write in Spanish fluently
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries within Latin America.
• Experience recruiting for technical skill sets such as Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, DevOps, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social recruiting platforms.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Canadian and Latin American labor markets.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, staffing, or agency environments.
• Understanding of technology hiring trends and technical terminology.

Experience: 2+ years of IT/Technology Recruiting experience

Compensation: $38.46 Per Hour
