Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support a fast-paced Digital Marketing team for one of our top banking clients. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of concurrent marketing initiatives, coordinating across marketing, creative, technology, and production teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently through established workflows and governance processes.

Success in this role requires exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, can manage competing priorities simultaneously, and acts as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, marketers, developers, and creative teams.

This is not a traditional project management role focused primarily on budget ownership. Instead, it is a highly operational role centered on driving execution, managing timelines, navigating scope changes, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
