Job Description
Primary responsibility to deliver classroom and live Teams / Virtual role and module based end-user training. Candidates MUST have prior experience of teaching Meditech Expanse to end users. Key Responsibilities
- Work with Bridge Northwest, site leads, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and core training team to confirm approved workflows, audiences, and training scope.
- Develop or adapt lesson materials, quick-reference guides, exercises, and competency checks.
- Deliver in-person and virtual classroom sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice for clinical, administrative, and support staff.
- Track attendance, completion, learner feedback, and identified knowledge gaps; recommend follow-up training.
- Support training readiness and, if requested, provide floor-walking and just in time / in practice education.
- Follow approved privacy, security, patient-safety, and change-control requirements.
Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position. This role is vacant to support a new project. The hourly rate ranges from $80-90/hr.
