This is net new role, and the successful candidates will be hired into an new position.
KEY REQUIRMENTS
- 10+ years of solid hands-on relevant experience on Wired and Wireless technologies including Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Cloud, SD-WAN, QoS, VoIP, Optical, DHCP, DNS, Monitoring Tools, CDN, etc.
- Expert level trace analysis skills are a must
- Experience supporting a large and complex network environment, preferably with adequate operational hands-on experience
- Experience in exploring and implementing automation for Proactive monitoring and reducing incident resolution time.
- Flexible with on call & rotation and shift timing
- Adequate knowledge and experience to support platforms like
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Banking Experience

Responsibilities
Support and operate a large, complex network environment across wired and wireless technologies and related platforms. Explore and implement automation for proactive monitoring and faster incident resolution, while participating in on-call rotations and shift coverage.
Requirements
Requires 10 or more years of hands-on experience with network technologies such as routing and switching, firewalls, load balancing, cloud, SD-WAN, QoS, VoIP, optical networking, DHCP, DNS, monitoring tools, and CDN. Expert trace analysis skills and experience supporting complex networks are required; banking experience is a plus.
