JOB DESCRIPTION
The Network Technician / Cabling role spans L2 to L3 skill levels and serves as the senior technical resource within each deployment pod. These are working roles first. L2 and L3 technicians are hands-on installers executing alongside L1 technicians throughout the shift; they do not step away from the work to manage. Technicians at the L3 skill level additionally serve as pod captains, providing primary technical direction within the pod and functioning as the first escalation point for L1 technicians before issues reach the Technical Lead. L2-level technicians support the pod captain as the secondary working anchor. All Network Technicians are expected to maintain Dell client standards and site safety requirements at all times and to model those standards for the technicians working alongside them.
