Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to join a client team responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise CRM applications. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable Siebel CRM solutions, support integrations with enterprise platforms, and maintain mission-critical customer relationship management applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs and solutions.
- Configure Siebel components, including Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, Screens, Workflows, and REST-based integrations.
- Develop and maintain Siebel eScript, Browser Script, Business Services, and Runtime Events.
- Implement and support Siebel Open UI customizations and enhancements.
- Design and develop integrations between Siebel and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, EAI, and EIM.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support production environments by investigating and resolving application issues.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, deployment plans, and support materials.
- Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM applications.

- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM)
- Siebel RESTful Services and modern integration patterns
- Experience working with Oracle Databases and writing SQL queries.
- Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, deployment processes, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating Siebel with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Siebel IP17, IP18, or newer versions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Industry experience within Telecommunications, Public Sector, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM environments.

Candidates should understand Siebel architecture and application lifecycle processes, have enterprise integration experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; experience with newer Siebel versions and Agile delivery is preferred.
