JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a candidate to support our client with preparing, organizing, assembling, packaging, and labeling products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of working in a fast-paced production environment, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to approximately 49 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills ( word, excel, etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely (carts, dollies, and material handling equipment)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience operating packaging machinery and equipment
- Inventory management or inventory control experience
- Quality control experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience packaging small products
Note on Location:
The role will start out in Surrey, they will be relocating to Richmond in January 2027.
Pay Transparency:
The expected Annual Salary for this position falls between $18-$20/hr +any major perks
