JOB DESCRIPTION: $57k-$60k/year - Hybrid 3 days in Dartmouth, NS - Full-time position
Seeking experienced Payroll Specialists to join the Managed Services organization. These individuals will support payroll for clients ranging from approximately 150 to 1,000 employees. The priority is finding someone with strong, hands-on payroll knowledge who can ramp up quickly and work directly with clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong hands-on payroll processing experience
- Solid understanding of Canadian payroll practices and concepts
- Strong client-facing/customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Have or working toward PCP/Payroll Compliance Professional
- Previous experience using other payroll/HCM systems
- Experience working in a managed services or multi-client payroll environment
