Insight Global is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pharmacist to join a high-volume specialty pharmacy serving diverse and often underserved patient populations. This opportunity is open to both experienced pharmacists and new graduates who are passionate about patient care and interested in working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will support a pharmacy that processes approximately 200 to 400 prescriptions daily, utilizing advanced pharmacy technology and automation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as prescription verification and quality assurance are critical components of daily operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in a high-volume pharmacy environment
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards
- Provide exceptional patient care and medication counseling
- Collaborate with pharmacy assistants and support staff to maintain efficient workflows
- Utilize pharmacy automation technologies and systems as part of the dispensing process
- Develop familiarity with specialty therapies and medication management programs
- Support patients from a variety of backgrounds, including specialized and high-needs communities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient-focused approach in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Open to new graduates and experienced pharmacists
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and improving health outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including early mornings (as early as 4:00 AM) and evenings (up to 11:00 PM)
Pay Transparency:
The expected hour rate for this position falls between $50 to $80/hr based on experience
