JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join an application development team focused on building digital solutions, applications, and automations that support business users, agents, and managers.
This is a highly hands-on development role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. The developer will also work with SQL and underlying data sources to support application functionality, automation, and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate is a senior developer who can work independently and partner closely with business stakeholders. This person will gather and translate business requirements, perform the actual development, troubleshoot issues, and manage solutions through release into production.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
Advanced Power Apps development experience
Strong Power Automate experience building workflows and automations
Experience with Copilot Studio
Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
Strong SQL coding skills and experience working with data sources
Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions
Experience owning the development lifecycle from requirements through development, testing, release, and production support
Ability to independently troubleshoot and enhance existing applications and automations
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical business partners
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Banking Experience
Experience developing enterprise-scale applications and automation solutions
Experience supporting customer service, contact centre, agent, or manager-facing technology
Experience integrating multiple applications or data sources within Power Platform solutions
Experience modernizing or automating manual business processes
