Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager for a top global retail and e-commerce client. This Product Manager will focus on Omni Fulfillment and Delivery Experiences, with ownership spanning OMS, sourcing, Estimated Delivery Date, and fulfillment execution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in retail, e-commerce, OMS, inventory, or supply chain environments and is comfortable taking ownership of established programs while also helping define longer-term product strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives involving delivery-date strategy, store fulfillment, capacity optimization, and scalable omni-channel customer experiences.

Best candidate profile: A strong mid-to-senior Product Manager coming from a major retailer or e-commerce organization who can speak fluently about OMS + sourcing + EDD/fulfillment and has personally owned cross-functional product delivery.
