Required Skills & Experience

4-5+ years of experience in digital product management/ownership • Technical Knowledge and Business Acumen: A balanced blend of technical expertise and business insight (50/50 split) to drive product success. • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. • Agile Methodology Experience: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies to ensure efficient and flexible product development. • Delivery Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. • Roadmap Management: Expertise in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance and resource availability. • Defining KPIs: Proficiency in identifying and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Skilled in analyzing data to track progress, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement. PowerPoint, Excel: Advanced skills in using PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Capable of leveraging these tools to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to provide digital product delivery leadership for one of Canada's leading financial institutions. This is a net new vacancy and will start as a 13-month contract with the potential for extension and/or conversion to full-time permanent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing against an established product roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements that improve the digital banking experience for customers. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring roadmap priorities are translated into actionable requirements and delivered successfully. Responsibilities: • Manage Product Delivery: Partner with Scrum teams to drive the execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Backlog & Requirements Management: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items to support ongoing development activities. • Roadmap Execution: Manage and track roadmap initiatives, dependencies, risks, and timelines while providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, design, technology, and operations teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and support successful product delivery. • Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to help ensure efficient delivery outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Track product metrics and delivery outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
