JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to provide digital product leadership for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier digital solutions for a journey transformation, enhancing the homebuying experience for customers. • Digital Refinance Project and building internal workflows for centralized funder position • Running with Scrum Teams: Oversee and collaborate with scrum teams to drive product development and delivery. • User Stories: Develop and manage user stories to ensure clear and actionable requirements. Strategic Visioning and Road Mapping: Support strategic visioning and road mapping to align product development with business goals
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Product Management experience Banking experience Run with ambiguity Lending product experience Home financing experience (originate, adjudicate, fulfil, service) Roadmap management Sr. Executive stakeholder management Business casing development and benefit realization Strong sense of ownership and independence to drive results
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
AWS work flows ProSci - change management certification PMP CSPO Any lending accreditation (ie. CFA)
