Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Automation Developer with strong expertise in Python, test automation, and software verification to support validation of automotive software products for our top Automative client across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
- Validate software against product requirements.
- Develop automation strategies and improve testing processes.
- Support CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile development environments.
- Collaborate with development and validation teams to ensure software quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of software testing, verification, or validation experience.
- 5+ years of test automation framework development.
- Advanced Python and Object-Oriented Programming skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work onsite in Kanata 4 days per week.
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Automotive, infotainment, or embedded software experience.
- QNX and Android Automotive experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle network architectures.
- Experience with software architecture, requirements engineering, and DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and modern software development practices.
