Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation for an insurance client. This person will provide technical leadership across solution design, development, and integration while managing and guiding both onshore and offshore developers.

The Technical Lead will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate requirements and solution designs into clear technical direction. The successful candidate should be comfortable independently evaluating technical approaches, understanding Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, and making sound design decisions across complex Service Cloud and integration scenarios.

This role will have a strong focus on Service Cloud, including complex case management, Omni-Channel, skills-based routing, and capacity management. The Technical Lead will also support Salesforce integrations, including asynchronous and event-driven processes, error handling, monitoring, and recovery.

The broader program has a significant AI focus, so candidates should bring experience with AI-assisted development, agentic AI, or AI-enabled Salesforce solutions and be comfortable guiding developers in effectively leveraging AI throughout the development lifecycle.
