JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analysis skills, expertise in ERP systems, and proficiency with various financial software to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge business intelligence tools, manage complex data sets, and contribute to the financial health of our organization. Strong communication skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial reporting within a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience
- Month-end & quarter-end close experience
- General Ledger (GL) accounting
- Financial reporting & reconciliations
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, D365 F&O, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Workday, Infor, Epicor, Sage, Acumatica, etc.)
- CPA in progress or completed
- Strong accounting foundation
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Big 4 experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
- Tax accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
