Senior Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact Login Experience team responsible for authentication, session management, and passwordless login capabilities across digital platforms. This individual will partner with Product, Engineering, QE, and Architecture teams to translate business and product needs into clear requirements, ensuring seamless and secure user authentication experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading requirements for complex digital initiatives in Agile environments and be comfortable working alongside technical teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• - 8+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting digital products or technology initiatives
• - Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria
• - Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple systems, integrations, and dependencies
• - Background working in Agile environments (discovery, refinement, planning, testing, release)
• - Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• - Experience with authentication and identity management solutions
• - Familiarity with session management, tokens, cookies, and passwordless authentication
• - Experience supporting login, identity, account, or customer-facing digital experiences

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• - Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and Okta
• - Exposure to REST APIs, GraphQL, and web application architecture
• - Understanding of system integrations, dependencies, and technical trade-offs within digital platforms

Pay Transparency:

The expected compensation for this position is $60-$74 per hour, plus applicable benefits and other eligible incentives.
