-7+ years experience, someone who has a mix of hands on development in the past but has since moved into an architect/senior technical leadership role.
-RAG & multi-agentic experience: Langchain OR MCP
-Experience productionizing AI solutions from POC -> Production
-Databricks & Azure Environment
-Python
-API - Needs to know how API's work, authorizations, etc.
-Agile/ sprint experience.
Pay: 90 -100

Responsibilities
Lead solution design and provide senior technical leadership for AI solutions, drawing on prior hands-on development experience. Guide solutions from proof of concept through production in a Databricks and Azure environment.
Requirements
Requires 7+ years of experience, including hands-on development experience and subsequent work in an architect or senior technical leadership role. Must have RAG and multi-agent experience using LangChain or MCP, experience productionizing AI solutions, Python and API knowledge including authorization, and Agile or sprint experience.
