Solutions Architect - Digital
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 120,000-140,000/annum + variable compensation

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design of robust, scalable, and mission-critical customer-facing applications. This role will operate within a complex technology landscape consisting of both legacy and modern platforms and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving modernization initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and guiding enterprise transformation through architecture leadership and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive organizational goals focused on simplification, automation, and reuse of technology assets.
- Foster collaboration across business and technology teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met while balancing business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise technology and business strategies.
- Define and promote architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Influence and contribute to technology strategy, planning, and delivery roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve applications toward target-state architectures.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to technical teams on standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Develop, review, and approve solution architectures and technical designs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent enterprise content management platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
- Experience designing digital experience solutions leveraging public cloud platforms and SaaS technologies.
- Strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences and driving continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures and patterns, including APIs, event-driven architecture, and ETL processes.
- Working knowledge of modern security, identity, and authorization frameworks.
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts (POCs), technology assessments, and vendor evaluations.
- Knowledge of architecture modeling methodologies such as ArchiMate.
- Familiarity with TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience developing target-state architectures, strategic roadmaps, and transformation plans.
- Experience working within Agile and product-oriented delivery models.
- Experience architecting and solutioning mobile applications is an asset.
