Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Staff AI Experience Software Developer based in North America to join a large HCM company on a full time basis. This is a senior hands-on engineering role focused on implementing and hardening AI-assisted development workflows for broader use. Working as part of a small technical team, this role will help build reusable assets, operationalize workflows in real development settings, and support adoption across repositories, toolchains, testing practices, and delivery processes. The role will contribute directly to the implementation components that make shared workflows practical and repeatable, including prompts, agents, context patterns, harnesses, workflow scaffolding, templates, implementation guides, and lightweight evaluation methods. The focus is on hands-on delivery and reusable implementation work, while contributing to practical guardrails and standards that support responsible adoption. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running to meet urgent deadlines.
