JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Tech Delivery Lead / Project Manager to support a large-scale technology modernization initiative. This individual will play a critical role in driving technical delivery across multiple development pods, ensuring alignment between business and technology objectives, proactively identifying risks, and facilitating successful project execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong software development background, experience leading technical delivery initiatives, and the ability to confidently engage with senior developers, technical leads, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate delivery activities across multiple development pods.
- Drive technical discussions and facilitate delivery-focused meetings with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Partner with senior developers, technical leads, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project health, timelines, and deliverables while escalating issues proactively.
- Translate technical challenges into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support delivery planning, prioritization, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure alignment between modernization goals, technical solutions, and delivery timelines.
•Act as the bridge between project management and technical teams, helping drive accountability and execution.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience managing technology projects and delivery teams.
- Experience leading software development, cloud, infrastructure, or digital modernization/transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project delivery frameworks.
- Experience identifying technical risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong software development background with hands-on experience in C#/.NET environments.
- Experience within banking, insurance, or financial services organizations.
Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with screening and assessing applicants for this position.
