JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Network, Network Security, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, DevOps, and Network Automation roles. In this client-facing, front-of-house role, you will be the primary point of contact for end clients and account managers to translate complex technical needs into actionable recruitment strategies. On a day-to-day basis, you will run an active sourcing and screening workflow while leading and mentoring a small offshore recruitment team in India. You will assign requirements, guide candidate qualification standards, and oversee task delegation. Additionally, you will partner with our marketing team to drive brand visibility and candidate attraction through creative social media initiatives. This position is ideal for an ambitious recruiter who thrives on full-lifecycle ownership, direct client interaction, and scaling a high-performing recruitment function.

Responsibilities

• Client & Account Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for end clients and account managers. Translate technical project requirements (Network, Network Security, Data Center, Cloud Networking, DevOps, Automation/Cyber Security) into actionable hiring criteria. Coordinate closely with prime vendors and client account managers to manage requirements, delivery timelines, and expectations.

• Recruiting & Technical Screening: Source, screen, and conduct thorough first-round technical and behavioral interviews for candidates across infrastructure and network engineering domains. Rigorously evaluate candidates to filter out exaggerated resumes, AI-generated applications, or fraudulent experience before passing candidates to client-facing technical interviews.

• Job Board & Pipeline Management: Post job requisitions across major job boards, external forums, and the company website. Build and maintain an active candidate knowledge base/talent pool for rapid deployment on future project demands.

• Team Leadership & Delegation: Guide, mentor, and assign daily tasks to a team of 2–3 offshore junior-to-mid-level recruiters. Delegate administrative tasks (such as initial job postings and basic resume filtering) while coaching the offshore team on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle standards.

• Brand Building & Social Media Presence: Partner with the internal social media and marketing team to publish hiring campaigns to attract top talent.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated professional experience in technical/IT recruitment.

Client-Facing Capabilities: Proven track record in client-facing recruitment roles, working directly with client managers and account teams to take requirements and deliver talent.

Education: Bachelor’s degree at minimum.

Contract/Visa Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of various employment models, tax structures, and visa categories (specifically W2, Corp-to-Corp / C2C, and Contract-to-Hire / C2H).

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong offer negotiation capabilities.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Domain Specialization: Specialized technical recruiting experience within Infrastructure Engineering, Data Network Engineering, Network Security, Data Center Fabrics, or Cloud Transformations.

Leadership & Delegation: Prior experience leading, mentoring, or delegating work to junior recruiters or offshore delivery teams.

Tools & Systems: Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated job posting tools.

Social Media Comfort: Willingness to appear in short promotional videos or media posts to support employer branding and active hiring drives.

Pay Transparency:

The expected Annual Salary for this position falls between $80,000 to $90,000/year
