Transformation Project Manager

This Senior Business Project Manager will be leading strategic initiatives focused on improving scalability, reliability, operational efficiency, and overall collections performance. They will partner closely with business, operations, technology, and infrastructure teams to explore and advance an enterprise TMA solution, identify gaps within the current operating model, and build a roadmap to streamline processes and reduce end-to-end cycle times.

A major focus of the role will be identifying opportunities to automate manual processes across multiple infrastructure environments, reduce operating costs, and ultimately increase dollars collected. The PM will own the initiative from strategy through execution, including business cases, project plans, stakeholder alignment, risks and dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting, while ensuring technology and automation investments are tied back to measurable collections and operational outcomes.

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Project Manager / Program Manager, ideally within banking, financial services, or another large enterprise environment.
• Strong experience supporting Collections, Operations Strategy, operational transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives across business, operations, technology, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience driving automation, process optimization, cycle-time reduction, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect project delivery to measurable outcomes such as collections performance, cost reduction, productivity, and operational capacity.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong project governance experience, including roadmaps, milestones, RAID management, dependencies, KPIs, and benefits realization.

Plusses

• Direct experience within consumer or commercial collections / recoveries.
• Experience with collections strategy, contact strategy, delinquency management, or collections operations.
• Exposure to enterprise workflow automation, intelligent automation, AI-enabled operations, or AIOps.
• Experience working on large-scale operations modernization or infrastructure transformation programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar certification.

Pay Rate: $75-85/hr
