Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Estimated Annual Earnings: $46,800 – $60,000+

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our growing team of entrepreneurs, experienced sales professionals, and dedicated coaches.

In this role, you’ll represent impactful humanitarian campaigns and charitable organizations, helping raise awareness and build long-term support for causes that make a meaningful difference both locally and globally.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their sales, communication, customer service, and leadership skills while working in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Engage with the public through professional, face-to-face fundraising campaigns
Represent reputable charitable organizations with enthusiasm and professionalism
Educate potential donors about meaningful causes, programs, and initiatives
Build genuine connections and encourage long-term monthly support
Develop valuable skills in communication, sales, and objection handling
Participate in hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship
Work toward individual and team performance goals

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable and confident speaking with people face-to-face
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
