Our team brings expertise across human resources consulting, recruitment and executive search, payroll and benefits, leadership development, and workplace strategy. We are approachable, collaborative, and passionate about helping our clients succeed.
We know work can be productive and enjoyable. Everyone brings a different perspective, and the fun of what we do is finding thoughtful, creative ways to make a meaningful difference.
About the Position
Inspired HR is looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, grow awareness of our services, and help turn meaningful connections into lasting client relationships.
Marketing professional services starts with helping people understand the value of expertise, relationships, and trust. You will bring Inspired HR’s story to life, showcasing our people, sharing our knowledge, and helping business leaders see how the right HR partner can support their organization.
This is an internal marketing position focused on Inspired HR’s own brand and business growth. Working closely with leadership, consultants, and our recruitment team, you will take ownership of marketing from strategy through execution.
This is a hands-on role, and you will personally create and deliver much of our marketing. From writing content and filming short videos to publishing social posts and launching campaigns, you enjoy doing the work as much as planning it. You bring creative ideas, sound business judgment, and the resourcefulness to produce engaging marketing using the tools and people around you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Translate Inspired HR’s business goals into a practical marketing strategy and actionable plan.
- Define target audiences, service priorities, campaign objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Select the right mix of channels, including LinkedIn, other social platforms, search engine optimization, email marketing, paid advertising, and referral marketing.
- Review and update the plan regularly based on business priorities, market conditions, and results.
Brand, Content, and Campaign Management
- Personally create marketing content, including writing copy, filming and editing short videos, taking photos, and developing social posts and digital materials that showcase our people, expertise, and services.
- Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates Inspired HR’s value to business owners, executives, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across our website, social media, marketing materials, and client-facing communications.
- Manage our digital presence, keeping content relevant, engaging, and aligned with our services and business priorities.
- Work with our consultants, recruiters, and leadership team to turn their expertise into useful articles, insights, case studies, newsletters, and social content.
- Develop content that supports prospective clients throughout their decision-making process, from initial awareness to an inquiry or ongoing partnership.
- Lead and participate in campaign execution, coordinating contributors, managing timelines, and keeping work within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust messaging, content, and channels to improve results.
- Partner with leadership and colleagues responsible for business development to deliver ongoing communications that keep Inspired HR top of mind with prospects, existing clients, and referral partners.
Market and Client Research
- Research market trends, client needs, competitor activity, and buying behaviours to identify opportunities for growth.
- Use client feedback, CRM insights, survey and previous campaign results to inform marketing decisions.
- Identify what clients value most, where interest may be declining, and what could prevent prospective clients from taking the next step.
- Share insights that help improve service positioning, marketing communications, and the overall client experience.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget in partnership with leadership.
- Allocate resources across campaigns, channels, and external support to achieve business priorities.
- Monitor spending and adjust investments based on performance, emerging opportunities, and expected returns.
Performance Measurement
- Establish clear objectives and meaningful measures of success for marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze results such as audience engagement, website conversions, qualified inquiries, lead conversion rates, and marketing’s contribution to revenue.
- Maintain reporting that gives leadership a clear view of what is working, what needs to change, and where to invest next.
- Use insights and lessons learned to improve current campaigns and future marketing plans.
