Monitor donor data, conversion patterns, and retention metrics to inform data-driven campaign enhancements.

Corporate Engagement & Sponsorship

Promote the development and management of relationships with corporate sponsors and partners for events and programs.
Develop sponsorship proposals and recognition packages that align the company’s goals with InspireHealth’s mission.
Coordinate sponsor deliverables and ensure reports are submitted and acknowledged on time.

Foster a sense of community among volunteers through regular communication, recognition, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain a well-organized volunteer database and scheduling system to ensure efficient deployment.

Support InspireHealth’s legacy giving program through donor engagement, educational resources, and follow-up.
Support stewardship tasks such as acknowledgments, impact updates, and personalized communication.
Maintain precise records and ensure adherence to CRA standards and ethical fundraising principles.

Other Duties

Oversee donor receipting, donor acknowledgement & donor data management and analytics through donor management software.
Attend team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and inter-departmental initiatives.
Help foster a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.
