In this role, you'll manage specialized insurance programs serving insurance brokerages across Alberta and Saskatchewan, including Errors & Omissions (E&O), Cyber Liability, and Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage. You'll work directly with brokers, insureds, underwriters, and industry partners while helping clients navigate risk and make informed insurance decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, and contributing to the growth of innovative insurance programs.

What You'll Do

Support renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and actively pursue all new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, underwriters, and industry partners.
Provide guidance on coverage options, risk management considerations, and program eligibility.
Identify opportunities to expand program participation and support business growth.
Maintain accurate documentation and policy records.
Support educational initiatives, webinars, and member engagement activities.
Represent Sage and IBAA at industry events and association functions.

What You'll Bring

Level 2 General Insurance License (or higher).
Minimum 5 years of insurance experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional client service.
Experience with broker management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other industry designations.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance and policy administration.
Experience with E&O, Cyber Liability, or specialty insurance products.
Experience in account management, business development, or affinity insurance programs.

Why Join Sage?

Competitive compensation package.
Commission and incentive opportunities.
Comprehensive health, dental, life, and disability benefits.
Flexible hybrid work environment.
Professional development and continuing education support.
Opportunity to work with a respected industry association and make a direct impact on the brokerage community.
Collaborative team environment with opportunities to grow your expertise and influence program development.

Apply Today

If you're passionate about commercial insurance, building lasting client relationships, and helping brokers protect their businesses, we'd love to hear from you.

Total Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, including base salary and commission
