- Provide clear guidance to applicants and licensees on licensing requirements and processes.
- Respond to inquiries from licensees, applicants, and members of the public regarding licensing matters.
- Support investigations into non‑compliant conduct, as required, including compiling information and providing recommendations from a licensing perspective.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive personal and regulatory information.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work within a regulatory framework.
You will typically have:
- Experience in a professional office environment, ideally involving the interpretation and application of legislation, policy, or regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office procedures and proficiency with word‑processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult or sensitive interactions professionally.
- A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
