  • Respond to routine supplier and employee inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
  • Support supplier onboarding and master data maintenance.
  • Identify potential duplicate invoices and payments using established controls and procedures.
  • Support payment processing and resolve routine payment inquiries and exceptions.
  • Monitor assigned invoice queues, workflow items, aging, and outstanding approvals.
  • Perform routine account reconciliations and investigate straightforward variances.
  • Support month-end activities, accrual preparation, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation and comply with internal controls, AP procedures, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex PO, GR/IR, tax, workflow, supplier master, payment, or system issues to the appropriate senior resource.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable, employee expense, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
  • Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of invoice processing, PO matching, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Experience with SAP, Concur, or comparable ERP and expense management systems is preferred.
  • Comfort working with automated invoice workflows and high transaction volumes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Good judgment to resolve routine issues and recognize when escalation is required.
