Perform standard 2-way and 3-way matching and resolve routine PO, receipt, price, quantity, coding, and approval issues.
Review employee expense claims for compliance with company policies and approval requirements.
Respond to routine supplier and employee inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
Support supplier onboarding and master data maintenance.
Identify potential duplicate invoices and payments using established controls and procedures.
Support payment processing and resolve routine payment inquiries and exceptions.
Monitor assigned invoice queues, workflow items, aging, and outstanding approvals.
Perform routine account reconciliations and investigate straightforward variances.
Support month-end activities, accrual preparation, and reporting.
Maintain documentation and comply with internal controls, AP procedures, and company policies.
Escalate complex PO, GR/IR, tax, workflow, supplier master, payment, or system issues to the appropriate senior resource.

Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
Knowledge of invoice processing, PO matching, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Experience with SAP, Concur, or comparable ERP and expense management systems is preferred.
Comfort working with automated invoice workflows and high transaction volumes.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and customer service skills.
Good judgment to resolve routine issues and recognize when escalation is required.
