Salary range (but not limited to):

47,100 - 57,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Support Agent II to join our team and share our vision of being a proactive, reliable and agile partner that helps the Claims department achieve its objectives.

What you will accomplish with us:

Perform a variety of daily administrative tasks, such as shipping documents, equipment or correspondence; entering data; scanning or filing documents; requesting materials or supplies; setting up workstations; and more.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Transcribe data from documents or databases using our standardized procedures.
Respond to a variety of inquiries.
Provide support for projects or new initiatives as requested.

What you will bring:

An Administrative Technician diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of five years of experience in an office environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage workflow effectively without constant supervision.
A team player with a positive attitude.
The ability and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingualism (English and French) - Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
