Salary range (but not limited to):

87,200 - 106,600

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role

Our growing team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Operational Performance Analytics!

Our team delivers critical daily and weekly reporting supporting Underwriting Operations. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead Power BI solution design and play a key role in the SAS-to-Databricks migration (PySpark/SQL). This position offers a technical leadership role with direct impact on our analytics platform transformation.

What you'll do here:

Design Power BI solution architecture (models, governance, security, performance).
Lead major components of the SAS-to-Databricks migration (PySpark/SQL).
Resolve complex incidents (L2/L3) affecting reports and underlying data.
Review work from junior/intermediate developers and establish technical standards.
Optimize performance of Power BI reports and Databricks processes.

What you bring to the table:

7-10 years of relevant experience in Power BI/BI and data development.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and PySpark.
Demonstrated experience in critical production environments.
Databricks Workflows, Unity Catalog, knowledge of SAS, Git, AWS (asset).
Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
