A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day human resources activities, including employee onboarding, personnel file administration, disciplinary actions, and workforce changes.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation and regulations, including Québec’s Law 25 respecting the protection of personal information.
Support managers in the application of HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
Provide first-level guidance and support to managers to promote effective people management practices.
Contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment.
Assist with the management of workplace injury, disability, and workers’ compensation claims.
Support the handling of grievances, internal investigations, and other labour and employee relations matters.
Conduct research, analyze HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of activity reports and HR metrics and statistics.
Provide support to various HR functions and departmental projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and good working proficiency in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Strong teamwork skills, sound judgment, autonomy, and accountability.
