Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Fonctions principales :

Sécurité et conformité

S’assurer de respecter les protocoles de santé et sécurité et maintenir un environnement de travail sans dangers.

Imposer des méthodes de travail et des comportements sécuritaires au sein de l'équipe.

Effectuer des audits de sécurité et des vérifications d'entrepôt.

Intervenir en cas d'urgence au besoin.

Gestion des operations:

Superviser le tri, le scan et le traitement des colis (y compris les articles défectueux et les retours).

S’assurer que les opérations de tri sont effectuées correctement et efficacement

Superviser l'expédition, la réception, l'expédition et la gestion des stocks.

Décharger les remorques et vérifier le fret par rapport aux manifestes.

Déchargement et chargement :

Assigner la main-d'œuvre, décharger les palettes.

Aider au tri, au tri des colis et des enveloppes au besoin.

Soutenir la gestion des mouvements de fret entrants et sortants,

Confirmer et communiquer quotidiennement avec l'équipe d'optimisation avant le début des opérations.

Assurer le suivi quotidien des opérations de transport principal, communiquer avec les transporteurs et surveiller le système FMC pour le fret Amazon.

Leadership et suivi de l'équipe

Mentorer et soutenir les trieurs de colis pendant le processus de tri.

Coacher et encadrer les trieurs, y compris former les nouvelles recrues.

Trieurs à horaires

Contrôle qualité

Effectuer des vérifications de qualité, des fret triés ainsi que des processus entrants et sortants.

Administration et rapports

Effectuer la saisie de données au besoin.

Compléter et soumettre les rapports

Gérer les identifiants du pilote, l'échange BOL et l'amarrage sécurisé.

Contrôle des coûts

Organisation et entretien des entrepôts

S’assurer de la propreté et de l'organisation de l'entrepôt.

Mettre en place l’organisation du tri et de la configuration

Évaluer et évaluer la performance des employés, la conduite en milieu de travail et la conformité selon les besoins, y compris la discipline lorsque cela est approprié.
