- Design and deliver structured training programs for end users and administrators, adapting delivery to meet diverse learning needs and clinical settings.
- Document and maintain implementation artifacts - including configurations, workflows, and architecture changes - and contribute findings to post-implementation reviews that drive process improvement.
- Assist with TS requests which may include custom reports, queries, identifying bugs, complex DICOM/HL7 migrations or workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Medical Imaging Sciences, or equivalent experience.

- Exposure to enterprise go-live planning and change management in healthcare environments.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.
- PostgreSQL database and query development.
- Familiarity with Python notebook development, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and AWS SageMaker.
