Ensure work items are clear, measurable, and aligned to Infrastructure portfolio priorities.
Balance new feature work, technical debt, operational improvements, support needs, and modernization efforts.

Infrastructure Portfolio Support

Support execution of the broader Infrastructure portfolio roadmap.
Translate portfolio priorities into squad-level deliverables and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate dependencies across CloudOps, SRE, DBA, DevOps, Security, and Frontline teams.
Track milestones, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments for assigned initiatives.
Contribute to quarterly and annual planning activities by providing squad-level input and visibility.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Infrastructure leadership to understand priorities, constraints, and expected outcomes.
Partner with technical teams to convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate prioritization discussions by balancing business objectives, impact, technical risk, operational stability, regulatory requirements, and engineering capacity.
Build alignment between delivery teams, operational teams, product stakeholders, and Infrastructure leadership.

Operational Excellence

Use operational data and metrics to support prioritization and decision-making.
Support initiatives focused on reliability, availability, performance, cloud cost management, security, compliance, automation, and platform modernization.
Help improve visibility into squad work, delivery progress, dependencies, and outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce operational friction, and strengthen delivery predictability.

Product Delivery

Ensure initiatives are delivered with clear scope, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor delivery progress and help remove obstacles impacting execution.
Support release planning, change management, and stakeholder communication.
Validate that delivered work meets the intended business, technical, and operational objectives.
Facilitate strategic decision-making by presenting clear options, recommendations, and associated impacts.
