Job Summary:
Lead the Flight Control Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting aircraft development, integration, testing, and certification.
Responsibilities:
- Lead FCS IPT activities, technical delivery, schedule, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive flight control architecture, control law development, flight dynamics, and system integration.
- Support MIL/SIL/HIL, ground, flight, and certification activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, customers, and program stakeholders.
- Manage technical risks, requirements, interfaces, and engineering deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of aerospace/aviation experience.
- Flight Control Systems and aircraft NPD experience.
- IPT/cross-functional engineering leadership.
- Control Law Development and Flight Dynamics experience.
- Fly-by-Wire architecture experience.
- MATLAB/Simulink.
- ARP4754A/ARP4761.
- Aircraft certification experience.

Requirements
Requires 12 or more years of aerospace or aviation experience, including Flight Control Systems and aircraft new product development experience, as well as IPT or cross-functional engineering leadership. Candidates should have experience in control law development, flight dynamics, fly-by-wire architecture, MATLAB/Simulink, ARP4754A/ARP4761, and aircraft certification.
