This role does not involve regular direct 1:1 therapy sessions; instead, it emphasizes supervision, assessment, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client observations and assessments under BCBA/RBA supervision.
  • Provide hands-on training and in-person feedback to Behavioural Therapists.
  • Oversee the implementation of ABA programs to ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Provide client updates after supervisions and communicate with families as needed.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA/RBA on treatment planning and program adjustments.
  • Support therapists with troubleshooting session challenges and building clinical skills.
  • Assist with coordination and communication between therapists, supervisors, and families.
  • Document supervision notes, progress updates, and recommendations clearly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of ABA therapy experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
  • Diploma/Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Child Development, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behaviour intervention strategies.
  • Experience conducting assessments and providing therapist feedback.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable access to transportation within GTA/GHA.
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Check and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

What We Offer

  • Part-time schedule (20–30 hours) with flexibility.
  • Ongoing mentorship and supervision from BCBA/RBA.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
  • Supportive team culture that values collaboration and therapist success.
  • Competitive hourly compensation.
