Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to help analyze and manage data within Salesforce. This role focuses on ensuring data quality, creating reports, and providing insights that drive decision-making within the sales and marketing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and analyze data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Design and create reports and dashboards for key business metrics.
Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and generate actionable insights.
Monitor data quality and clean up any discrepancies in the system.
Provide training on data governance and best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Salesforce data management.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data management tools like Data Loader.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
