- Configure system dictionaries, rules, and parameters within MEDITECH (Expanse, Magic, or Client/Server architectures).
- Troubleshoot end-user technical and clinical workflow issues.
- Build, test, and deploy system upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts.
- Partner with nurses, physicians, and financial leaders to translate clinical workflows into system setups.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.

Responsibilities
